InspectionMatch Plugin Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Quickworx, LLC operates the InspectionMatch plugin and its discovery service at mcp.inspectionmatch.com. The plugin helps users find public home inspection professionals in the United States and Canada by location. Users anywhere may use the plugin. Searches and public profile links are free, and no InspectionMatch user account or login is required.
This policy describes information processed when you use the plugin or contact us about it. Separate services, including website accounts, profile claims, inspection arrangements, and other business products, are outside this policy's scope. ChatGPT and other platforms through which you use the plugin have their own privacy policies.
2. Information processed by the plugin
Search parameters. The plugin receives location and other supported search parameters necessary to retrieve matching public inspector records. Our MCP service processes those parameters and sends them to InspectionMatch's public discovery services hosted on Supabase. It returns public professional information to the platform through which you made the search. Processing a search requires transmitting its parameters even though the MCP does not maintain a user search-history database.
Application operational logs. The MCP does not intentionally log or store user search queries, inspector contact information, raw request bodies, authentication credentials, or other user-provided search data in application logs. It uses structured operational logging for startup, initialization, tool failures, upstream HTTP or network errors, timeouts, and shutdown events.
Infrastructure technical logs. The MCP is hosted on Render. Hosting and network infrastructure may maintain standard technical access logs, such as IP address, request time, and related connection metadata, according to the applicable provider's operational and security practices.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message, which may include your name and details of your support or privacy request. Please provide only the information needed to address your request. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through plugin searches.
3. How information is used
Search parameters are used to retrieve matching public professional information. Operational and technical information supports service operation, troubleshooting, reliability, and security. Support correspondence is used to respond to your inquiry and handle support or privacy matters.
InspectionMatch does not sell plugin-user data or use plugin search activity for advertising or marketing.
4. Service providers and returned information
Render provides MCP hosting, and Supabase hosts InspectionMatch's existing public discovery services. These services process information needed to deliver and operate the plugin, as described above. The platform through which you invoke the plugin receives its returned public search results and processes information under its own policies.
The public professional records returned by the plugin are distinct from plugin-user search history. A search result may link to a public professional profile or another website. Visiting those links may involve additional processing governed by the destination's applicable policies.
5. Retention
The MCP does not maintain a user search-history database. Infrastructure-level technical logs are retained according to the applicable hosting provider's operational and security retention practices. We do not specify a fixed retention period for those logs in this policy.
Quickworx, LLC may retain support and privacy-related correspondence for up to 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for an ongoing dispute, security investigation, fraud prevention, or legal or regulatory obligation. After the applicable period, correspondence is deleted in accordance with our normal data-management practices.
6. Privacy requests
Contact inspectors@texasinspectormatch.com for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.
We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Because the MCP does not maintain a user search-history database, we may have no stored search history to locate or delete. Requests involving a public professional profile can also be sent to this address for review. Information held independently by the platform through which you use the plugin is subject to that platform's request process.
7. International use
Users worldwide can use the plugin to search for inspectors in the United States and Canada. Information may be processed outside your country through the hosting, discovery, and platform services involved in delivering a search.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the plugin or its practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date on this page.
