InspectionMatch Plugin Terms of Service

1. Scope and operator

These terms apply to the InspectionMatch plugin and its MCP discovery service, operated by Quickworx, LLC. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

These terms cover plugin-based public professional searches and profile links. They do not govern separate website accounts, profile claims, other Quickworx products, or agreements with inspection professionals. The platform through which you use the plugin has its own applicable terms.

2. What the plugin provides

InspectionMatch helps users find public home inspection professionals in the United States and Canada by location. Users worldwide may access it. The plugin provides free searches and public profile links. No InspectionMatch login is required, and users cannot make purchases through the plugin.

A returned result is a discovery aid. Coverage may vary by location, and a search may return few or no matching records. A displayed total may exceed the number of results included in a response.

3. Evaluate professionals independently

Public professional information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Inclusion in a result does not guarantee an inspector's qualifications, licensing status, insurance, service area, availability, pricing, or quality of work. Search results are not a guarantee or endorsement of a professional.

Before hiring, confirm relevant credentials, current licensing where required, insurance, inspection scope, fees, availability, and contract terms directly with the inspector and appropriate sources. You decide whom to contact and hire. Any inspection agreement, payment, or service dispute is between you and the professional involved.

The plugin does not book an inspection, enter into an inspection agreement, or provide an inspection report. Its results do not constitute legal, engineering, financial, or property-condition advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the plugin lawfully and for its intended professional-discovery purpose. Do not use it to harass professionals, send unsolicited bulk messages, obtain nonpublic information, bypass access restrictions, interfere with service operation, or submit malicious requests. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Quickworx, LLC or an inspection professional.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in search parameters. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or disruption.

5. Public profiles and external services

The plugin returns public professional information and links. Linked pages and external services may have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. Quickworx, LLC does not control independently operated inspector websites or the services offered by those professionals.

Public availability does not grant unrestricted rights to republish content, use another party's branding, or use professional information for unlawful purposes.

6. Privacy

The InspectionMatch Plugin Privacy Policy describes search-parameter processing, operational and infrastructure logging, and support correspondence. It is published separately on this website. Contact inspectors@texasinspectormatch.com for privacy or deletion requests.

7. Availability and limitations

We may change, interrupt, or discontinue plugin features. Searches depend on hosting, network connections, public discovery services, and the platform through which you use the plugin. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete coverage.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the plugin and its results are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, suitability for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the plugin changes. Updated terms will show a revised effective date on this page. Review the current terms before continuing to use the plugin following a change.
